The Wayzata Education Fund is growing! Thanks to generous Wayzata friends and families the WEF endowment has surpassed $400,000! We are expanding our all-volunteer board to help write the next chapter for the Wayzata Education Fund and to continue our mission of helping make the excellent Wayzata Schools exceptional. We are seeking board members with a passion for Wayzata schools who want to be part of a working board dedicated to helping teachers realize their innovative ideas. We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you have a background or interest in:
- Fundraising
- Event planning
- Social media and marketing
- Grant making
- Strategic planning
We are looking for several new members. If you join us by our March meeting you will have an opportunity to help us select grants for the 2022-2023 school year!
We also have ad hoc positions available throughout the year, including for Thank a Teacher and the Drive 4 Excellence Golf Event.
