Wayzata Education Fund

All of us at the Wayzata Ed Fund hope you had a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend. Time just continues to fly by and winter break is a mere three and a half weeks away for our Wayzata students.

On this Giving Tuesday, we want to remind you about an opportunity to honor your child’s current or past Wayzata teacher or staff with a donation to the Wayzata Education Fund through our Thank a Teacher program. Each donation you make until December 14th will come to your child’s teacher with a certificate of appreciation, and for each donation to a teacher of $25 or more, that certificate will also come with a bundlet courtesy of our friends at Nothing Bundt Cakes – Minnetonka. What a great way to make someone’s day and to also donate to a cause making a difference in our students’ education throughout the entire school district.

Donations from the Thank a Teacher program have gone to fund grants such as ukuleles for elementary music classes, 3D printers for art and ETD, and indoor hydroponics labs, to name just a few.
