The Wayzata Education Fund is recognized as an independent, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It is an entity separate from Wayzata Public Schools with its own board of directors and by-laws. All gifts to the fund are tax-deductible under IRS guidelines. Tax ID: 92-1473670
